Open Arms Vocational
Open Arms is a family owned and operated vocational day program. We service adults from San Diego Regional Center who have a developmental disability.
Open Arms assesses each persons abilities, potential, and needs, to provide opportunities to achieve individual goals. By creating a person-centered
individualized plan, we assist people to increase independence.
Our program operates at a 3:1 ratio.
Our job coaches pick each client up at their home and we strive to place each client in a group where the needs and goals are similar. We are a 5 hour community based program that specializes in working with adults with developmental disabilities after high school or they have graduated from their transition program. We believe that all people are unique and we should celebrate our differences.
